Raw material testing→Material on storage rack→automatic continued feeding device→furnace heating→enter into rolling ball machine→automatic isothermal transfer→quenching system→steel ball heating preservation device→finished steel ball testing→package→transport to warehouse

2)Automatic production line of hot forging steel ball

Raw material testing→Material on storage rack→furnace heating→hot cutting→preforging→enter into rolling ball machine →automatic isothermal system transport→quenching system→steel ball heating preservation device→finished steel ball testing→package→transport towarehouse

 

3)Traditional production line of forged steel ball

Cutting raw material→furnace heating→forging→Isothermal system→quenching system→steel ball sweltering self tempering device→finished product steel ball
